Dr. Kelly Kokus is a primary care nurse practitioner and board certified family nurse practitioner and doctor of nursing practice. She currently works full time in three Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) clinics in Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties in Ontario. Prior to her current role, she worked on multiple mobile addiction outreach teams providing both primary and mental health care to patients. Dr. Kokus is passionate about providing low barrier, trauma informed, evidence based mental health and addictions care in rural communities. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian chapter of the International Society of Nurses on Addictions as the Ontario Representative.
