Dr. Maria Kokai is a psychologist in Toronto with over 35 years of experience in
school settings. As a school psychologist and Chief Psychologist at a large urban
school board, she provided, oversaw, and directed the delivery of a full continuum
of direct and indirect primary, secondary, and tertiary psychological services. She
has been in leadership roles in various professional organizations, and has been delivering presentations on school mental health. She is currently the Chair of the Educational and School Psychology Section of the Canadian Psychological Association. Her co-edited book was internationally published and distributed in 2021:
