This session explores integrating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.  Dr. Shearer a prescribing psychologists and leader of APA Division 55 will be discussing the importance of how psychotherapy should integrate consideration of psychopharmacology either as a prescribing psychologist, a psychologist who can consult on medications or if prescribing is not part of your clinical services.  When delivering psychotherapy it is important to understand the impact of psychopharmacological agents on our work.  This session will focus on this integrated consideration and in practice. Also Dr. Judi Steinman will be present to discuss and answer any questions members may have about psychopharmacology training.
